جوج ملاعق كبار من معدنوس مفروم

م صغيرة من الهريسة

ابزار, كمون و ملح حسب الذوق

شوي زعتر او زعيترة

الطريقة

كغسلو  الدجاجة و الكبادي مزيان  بالملحة و الحامض .

نخليوها تقطر ...و نقطعو دوك الكبادي قطع صغار.

من بعد كنخلطو الكبادي الأرز البصلة المعدنوس  الابزار الكمون الملح و ربع ملعقة صغيرة ديال الهريسة

كنعمرو به الدجاجة و نخيطوها

  و كناخدو الزيت الهريسة اللي بقات الزعتر شوي ملح ابزار كنخلطوهم مزيان

و كندهنو به الدجاجة -اللي نكونو حاطين في صينية الفرن-من برا مزيان...

و نديروها تطيب في الفرن.
