نصف كاس زيت زيتون +زيت المائدة
بصلة حمراء متوسطة مطحونة
2عروش معدنوس 2قزبر 2كرافس مطحونين
3 م ك دقيق
م ص كركم
م ص زنجبيل
ملح ابزار حسب الذوق
ماطيشات مطحونين
حك صغير ماطيشا مذاب في كاس ماء
(اختياري) 1مكعب البنة –دجاج كنور
1,5 ل  ماء


بصلة الربيع و ماطيشاكنطحنوهمفي قليل من الماء

العدس الفول و الارز كنرقدوهمواحد 10 حتى ل 15 دقيقة قبل الاستعمال

كناخدوالكوكوتكنديروفيها البصلة الربيع اللحم الحمص العدس الفول التوابل  ملح ابزار كركم زنجبيل

نضيفوالزيت نحركوشوي

و نردوالكوكوتفوق نار متوسطة نقليو المكونات واحد 5 دقائق

عاد نضيفوالماء و نسدوالكوكوتمزيان

و نخليوهاتطيب 15 دقيقة على نار قوية.

من بعد نحلو الكوكوتو نضيفوالارز

و نسدوعليه واحد 5 دقائق

الوقت الكافي باش اطيب الارز


من بعد كنقصوالنار مزيان و نحلو الكوكوتو نضيفوماطيشاالعادية و ديالالحك

كذلك الشعرية

و نخليوالحريرة تطبخ 10 دقائق

في هذه الاثناء كنقادوالتدويرةديالالحريرة

باضافةقليل من الدقيقو الماء

مع التحريك الجيد باش ميبقاشفيه شيكويرات ديالالدقيق

كنرجعوللحريرة كنضيفوضامة البنةنخليوها  تزيد واحد 2 دقائق

عاد ندوروالحريرة,,

 مللي كنضيفوالتدويرةمن المهم نبقاونحركومزيان باش لاتقالشو لا تلصق الحريرة في الكوكوت
