1( باذنجانة( 200 غ
1 حبة طماطم (100غ)
2 فصوص ثوم متوسطة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل حلو(بابريكا)
1 ملعقة صغيرة كمون
ملح ابزار حسب الذوق
3ملاعق طعام زيت زيتون

قليل من القزبر و البقدونس للتزيين

الطريقة


1-

شواء الباذنجان

نقوم بتقسيم الباذنجانة الى قسمين نضعها على نار متوسطة و نقلبها بين الفينة و الاخرى لمدة 5 دقائق 
بعدها نضعها في كيس بلاستيكي ل 10 دقائق

2-
في هذه 10 دقائق نقوم بتحضير الصلصة
:
بعد تقشير حبة الطماطم نقطعها قطع صغيرة نضعها في كاسرون
نضيف زيت الزيتون , فصوص الثوم المحكوكة البابريكا, الابزار , الكمون و الملح ,,
نحرك جيدا على نار متوسطة الى ان تنسجم المكونات لمدة 5 دقائق ثم نزيلها من على النار

3-
نقوم بنزع قشرة الباذنجان ( ليس كليا نترك القليل منها )نزيل كذلك البذور (لأنها عامة تكون مرة) و نقطع الباذنجان الى قطع
صغيرة

4-
و نضيفها الى الصلصة و نتركها فوق نار ضعيفة لمدة 10 دقائق على الاكثر مع التحريك لتمتزج المكونات

تقدم سلطة الباذنجان ساخنة او باردة مزينة بقليل من القزبر و المعد نوس المفروم

Ingredients



1 (Baznjana (200 g

1 tomato (100 g)

2 cloves garlic medium

1/2 teaspoon sweet pepper (paprika)

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt to taste

3 tablespoons olive oil



A few cherries and parsley to decorate


The way



1-

Eggplant BBQ


We divide the eggplant into two parts and put it on medium heat and turn it between the time and the other for 5 minutes

Then put it in a plastic bag for 10 minutes



2-

In these 10 minutes we prepare the sauce

:

After peeling the tomato, cut it with small pieces

Add olive oil, garlic cloves, paprika, albazar, cumin, salt,

We stir well on medium heat until the ingredients fit in for 5 minutes and then remove them from the fire



3-

We remove the eggplant crust (not entirely leave a few), remove the seeds (because they are general) and cut the eggplant into pieces

Add it to the sauce and leave it over low heat for 10 minutes at most with stirring to mix ingredients


The eggplant salad is served hot or cold, decorated with a little chopped egg and chopped nut
